Effective February 1, 2009, Brian Grall, formerly with Boise Cascade and United Stationers, assumes the position of Chief Operating Officer.  Drew Davis, Chris Beyer and Jon Holligan continue in their respective sales roles with Specialty and will also be ownership partners with Brian.

Don Lujan and Bob Davis started Specialty Incentives 27 year ago and grew it to be one of the largest promotional distributorships in the Rocky Mountain Region.  Don remains as Specialty’s General Manager, however Bob will no longer be active in the company’s daily management, but will retain an ownership role focusing on strategic initiatives.

Brian Grall has significant promotional industry experience and most recently was General Manager of Fuqua Homes in Bend , Oregon .  Brian is a graduate of Notre Dame and has an MBA from the University of Denver . 

Drew, Chris, and Jon have a combined sales experience of 30+ years in the promotional industry and will contribute to operating excellence.
