You can browse this Site without creating an account, but you will need to create an account when you purchase something from a hosted company store program. Purchase Information When you make a purchase from Specialtyinc.com, we collect your name and payment method information, such as credit card or billing account information. Specialtyinc.com may from time to time send you email messages or other forms of marketing communications describing new items, featured merchandise and great values. You can choose to stop receiving any marketing emails from us at any time. Simply send an e-mail to your individual Account Manager or to 'admin@specialtyinc.com'. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your request.
The only email messages you will receive from Specialtyinc.com when you elect not to receive marketing emails will be to confirm any purchases you make on our site, let you know your order has been shipped, respond to your Customer Service inquiries and to answer any other questions you may have about our site. Production Times & Return Policy Production
times vary from supplier to supplier and production location. Specialty
Incentives welcomes rush orders as many of our factories can decorate and ship
orders within 24 hours. On a majority of orders production time is 5 to 15
business days, but may be extended to as many as 120 days if produced
overseas. Delivery
time and method is based upon customer need, carrier freight mode and
locations. Most orders are shipped by either UPS or FedEx. Specific
questions related to production times and delivery method should be addressed to
your Account Manager. Specialty Incentives stands behind the
products it provides to customers. Because each order is custom imprinted
and specific to individual clients returns may only be made when decoration is
incorrect or sub-standard, and/or product is not operational. Please
contact your Account Manager should you seek a return.
