Through these services, our Clients’ employees, customers, program participants, and other individuals may visit our Website and/or purchase or receive Client-branded merchandise, gifts, apparel, and other products.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal information ("Personal Information") we collect about you and other individuals (collectively, "Users" or "you") through our website, www.specialtyinc.com, including its subdomains and any online store, program portal, or other internet property that we own or operate (together, the "Website"), and through the products and services we provide (together with the Website, the "Services").

This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of our Clients, who may maintain their own privacy notices and policies.

    • Commercial Information: Products ordered, purchased, redeemed, or received; apparel sizes and product preferences; transaction history; shipping information; and participation in Client-sponsored programs.
    • Internet and Website Activity: Information about how you interact with our Website, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device information, IP address, online identifiers, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies. Because our Website is hosted on HubSpot, HubSpot may collect and process certain website activity and visitor information on our behalf through its hosting, analytics, forms, and tracking technologies.
